This information is being collected by the Unity Health Toronto Student Centres and is being housed within a secure online database. It will be used by the Student Centres in order to generate reports, submit medical trainee data submissions and to enable payroll processing. If needed, your information will be made available to other Unity Health Toronto Hospital Departments, including Locating, the Library, and other Education Coordinator offices. It is up to each student to protect login and password information for this system.
